Greg Padgett

Bio: Greg shares a lifetime of love for Bluegrass and Country/Gospel music! From
playing the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville with his own band, to broadcasting as a
Country music D.J. to starring in half a dozen Community Theater productions
as Harold Hill in The Music Man, the Cowardly Lion in Wizard of Oz, to Daddy
Warbucks in Annie....Greg enjoys the Stage as well as the Studio.

Just finishing up a 15 and 1/2 year run as leader of the James Way Band, most
recently showcased at the Clark Center in Arroyo Grande, he was excited to be
cast as the Bass fiddle player in the stage band of Bright Star here at PCPA.
He knows you’ll enjoy this fantastic show...and as he humbly states... especially
the thump of his bass!
