Michael Cone

It has been 49 years since Michael last performed on the PCPA stage as a student. After graduating from college, he moved to New York City where he appeared on Broadway in Baz Luhrmann’s La Bohème, Rags, and the 1980 revival of Brigadoon. Less successful attempts at Broadway were Annie 2 and Colette, starring Diana Rigg. National tours included How to Succeed in Business…, State Fair, and Sweet Charity, directed by Bob Fosse. In regional theatre he worked with Milwaukee Repertory Theater in six seasons of A Christmas Carol, and The Front Page; Goodspeed Opera House in Man of La Mancha, Kiss Me Kate, and Promises, Promises; and Arena Stage with Happy End, As You Like It, and Candide. On television he appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and As the World Turns.

Michael is very happy to be living in Santa Maria again.
