PCPA Online Privacy Statement

Information Collection and Use

PCPA is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We collect information from our users at several different points on our Web site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

PCPA Newsletter

To receive our E-News, a user fills in an online form that requests First Name, Last Name, and E-mail Address . The only required field to join is the E-mail address that is used to send monthly newsletters with information about PCPA. Topics include opening performances, new links on our web site, or special offers or discounted tickets. Each newsletter contains an opt-out option that gives the user the ability to remove their name and information from the newsletter database. Also see Opt-in and Opt-out below.

Online Ticket Purchases and Online Forms

We use several forms on our web site to obtain specific information. There are multiple forms for ordering tickets to performances, a form to contact PCPA and to be added to our mailing list, and a form to sign-up for our electronic newsletter. Ticket purchases require specific information regarding the performance(s) users wish to purchase along with personal contact information (e.g. name and address) and payment information (e.g. credit card number, expiration date). This information is secured and used for billing purposes and to complete the customer’s order. Upon submitting the form, this information is sent directly to the Box Office Manager who processes, or oversees, the processing of the order. This information becomes part of PCPA’s ticketing software database to be used for future ticket purchase verifications and for soliciting tickets for upcoming seasons. If we should have trouble processing an order, the information will be used to contact the user. This personal information is not retained, shared, or stored with any company other than PCPA.
