Teaching Philosophy
My intention is to present each student with real life challenges and opportunities in a safe environment. Each opportunity will help foster problem-solving skills, proactive work attitude and collaboration as a member of the paint shop team. I also hope to provide an environment where a student can feel empowered to direct and challenge me to take their training as far as they think they can go.
My hope is that each student will leave the paint shop with valuable experience and skills and will proudly see his or her work as an integral part of our professional productions.
