PCPA Volunteer ushers provide service in one or more areas of front of house operations, including: Tickets, Doors, Aisles, and Concessions.
Volunteers check the accuracy of tickets, answer patron's questions, lead patrons to their seats and assist the House Manager as appropriate.
This position requires some stair climbing and standing. All ushers are trained to respond appropriately in the event of an emergency. Most usher shifts are 3.5 hours in duration and are scheduled based upon the volunteer's availability.
