FULL PAYMENT PURCHASE Guarantees seating (unless selection is sold out). Payments can be made by:
a FAXED copy of a DISTRICT APPROVED purchase order form with an assigned number... check or money order... credit card - Visa, Master Card, or Discover.
Note: A purchase order hard copy is accepted as a confirmation of payment. (You will be invoiced and a check payment must be received within 30 days.)
WAITING LIST If a performance date and the alternate dates you select are sold out, you may request to be put on a waiting list for possible cancellations. Waiting list placement is not not a guarantee of seating.
WHEN ORDERING Please have the following information ready:
The number of students attending.
The number of chaperones attending.
Your desired performance dates listed in order of preference.
A purchase order hard copy or other means of payment.
TICKET PURCHASE POLICY There are no exchanges or refunds on ticket purchases.
