    • All sessions will be staffed by a single instructor. No other staff will be present on site. Staff will maintain a safe 6' distance from students at all times.
    • A program assistant will be monitoring sessions from the CBC building. The assistant will be near a phone at all times should parents need to contact us during sessions.

    Who Can Attend A Session
    • Only registered students may attend live sessions. Parents or legal guardians of children are exempt. The parking area allows for full viewing access, and parents must observe from their vehicles.
    • Sessions are limited to 15 students.

    • Drop off for sessions will be in front of the CBC building five minutes prior to begin time. We will dismiss on the hour and pick up will be from the parking lot. Each student will walk to their parents vehicle. For this program, we will not have parents picking up students from the curb side.
    • If you arrive before the five minute drop off, we ask that you remain in your vehicles until five minutes before the hour.

    • Students must bring and wear Masks all times while attending sessions. If during a workshop the instructor asks students to remove masks for the purpose of articulation exercises, it will be done with a six foot distance from any other students or instructor.
    • Students are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer, and/or rubber or latex gloves.

    • We are cleaning all touch points including, door handles, faucets and water fountains with Clorox wipes before and after each session. Students may bring rubber or latex gloves if they wish.
    • We will have most doors to our facilities propped open, but it is suggested for students to bring rubber or latex latex gloves if they wish.
    • There are disposable masks, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and Clorox wipes, and alcohol wipes on site for use by anyone present.

    • For this one hour session use of the restrooms is for emergency needs only. We encourage students to use their facilities at home before coming to sessions, or to hold off until after sessions. Of course we know some times the needs are more immediate, and when a student must use the facility, they will be escorted to the restroom by our program assistant.
    • We have a water fountain in our building, but it’s encouraged to bring your own water container.

If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are willing to expand our cleaning protocol, or add any additional steps to meet your standards. Just let us know what we can do to help.
